Backup Tape Exchange – Once a week, one of our couriers will arrive at your office with a set of your backup tapes and exchange them with your current set. The tapes are then stored offsite in a fireproof and secure location in case of a catastrophe at your office. This process is critical to any business that needs to recover after a disaster.

Printer Maintenance Package – Even as more and more documents are transferred electronically printing is still a core business necessity. Printer jams, poor print quality, and dirty print can create a stoppage in your company's productivity. Minimize printer outages by setting up quarterly printer service appointments or select a plan that includes most parts and labor when one of your printers is having a problem.

Monthly Network Maintenance – Monitoring of your network on a weekly basis is a part of this service agreement which includes the Backup Tape Exchange. Always be informed about whether your backup jobs ran successfully and how much storage you have left on your servers. Also includes monitoring your antivirus software and notification of critical patches and updates that should be run on your network to ensure the highest levels of security and minimize downtime.

Monthly Network Maintenance Plus – This level of service gives you everything that is included in the agreement above but also includes 2 hours of service per week. That is an $800 value that can be used to set up and deploy new computers, repair or upgrade existing equipment, and training.

Total Network Management – The absolute highest level of service available! Childers IT Management will act as your IT Department. This is an ALL LABOR INCLUSIVE service agreement. From phone and remote support to onsite visits it doesn't get any better than Total Network Management.
