Support Options
Phone Support – A support engineer will walk you through the steps necessary to correct small issues that don't require an onsite visit
Remote Assistance – When available our engineers can take control of your computer or server from our office to correct any issues without having to come to your location. This option can save tremendous amounts of time increasing your productivity
Inhouse – Service work that is done here in our office. A cost effective way to get equipment repaired without having to dispatch an engineer.
Onsite – When business critical machines go down you need the fastest service possible. Childers IT Management will dispatch the correct service professional to your office saving you time.
Hourly – All service is billed by the hour in ¼ hour increments with a 1 hour minimum. The type of service you require will determine the rate for that service, see rate chart below.
Pre-Paid Labor Agreements – Get the benefit of priority scheduling as a preferred customer. Save money by purchasing 10 hour blocks of labor. Not only will you receive a discount on labor rates you will also get the benefits of being a preferred customer.
